    • We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please provide your shipping address and we will get back to you with a quote as quickly as possible.

     

     

    SHIPPING POLICY

    • We are currently offering local pick-up from our Showroom located at 7860 Alderbridge Way, Richmond. B.C. 
    • If you select the ‘Pick-Up’ option upon checkout, we will be in touch within one business day to let you know when your order will be ready and provide exact details about the location of your order.
    • All in-stock products will be shipped within 3-5 days after placing an order. We do not maintain inventory for all products. With the exception of showroom stock, all products have specific manufacturer lead times ranging from 1-16 weeks. We make every effort to update lead times for all made-to-order products displayed at checkout. Please note that lead times are estimates only, and manufacturers may indicate longer lead times after orders are placed, depending on demand and availability.
    • H Interiors is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

    Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

     

     

    RETURN POLICY

    • Regular stock items can be returned with original receipt within 7 days for a full refund. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items, special orders and pre-sale items. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
    • H Interiors does not provide refunds for shipping costs, including any customs charges or duties that may be incurred. We are also not responsible for loss during shipping, so please be sure to insure the package and get a tracking number for all returns.
    • Items ineligible for return include Food Items, Plants, Special Order Items and Sale items. Items missing their packaging or in used condition are also ineligible.
    • Items returned to us must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. H Interiors reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria.
    • If your order is deemed unfit for return because it is not in its original selling condition, we will notify you to let you know that no refund will be issued. The customer can then choose from the following options
    1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $25 CAD; or
    2.  The product will be recycled or donated.

    If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of us informing you that your return has been rejected the product will be recycled or donated.

    • Damage/Loss If something you ordered arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please let us know immediately. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery by emailing photos to [email protected].  We always insure your package when we ship it. If damage does occur, please keep all packing materials in order to make a claim.
    • Exchanges can be processed in either store location so long as the order falls within our 7 day return policy and is in original condition with its original packaging. Our online store is currently not available to do exchanges. however items bought online can be exchanged when visiting us in store.

    CANADA

    • Greater Vancouver Area: We offer delivery and installation services. For specific pricing, please contact our store customer service at 604-285-4663.
    • Outside the Greater Vancouver Area: We provide door-to-door shipping services (by Canada Post, UPS Ground, or FedEx). Shipping costs are 7-13% of original price (before discount, before tax), Shipping cap $199 for orders over $2000.

    USA & INTERNATIONAL

    • We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please provide your shipping address and we will get back to you with a quote as quickly as possible.

     

     

    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    • We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resealable condition, in our sole discretion within 14 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including: personalized items, sale items, Custom or Made to Order Furniture, items purchased as final sale, store floor samples, live botanicals, cut yardage of fabric, and items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Other restrictions may apply.
    • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for regular priced items only. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items returned over $500. Exchange or store credit is offered within 10 days of purchase for regular priced items without incurring a re-stocking fee.
    • Final sale on all Sale and “As-Is” items. Date of purchase is considered to be the day of payment not the day of pick up or delivery.
    • Items that are pre-ordered must be fully paid at time of order. Preordered items are all final sale.
