It’s back!! As usual the components may have seen some slight changes. However the ethos remains the same; to offer a wild espresso showcasing the breadth of coffee processing in Ethiopia.
This was an idea that was 3 years in the making which had finally come together. Our head of coffee, Boris Lee, had wanted to create a blend comprising of washed, natural and anaerobic processed Ethiopian coffees to showcase the spectrum of flavors to be found in the homeland of coffee.
